Greetings!

I am always encouraged this time of year as we shed our more internal focus and reach out to bring joy, love and simple kindness into the lives of others. Regardless of our spiritual beliefs or religious dogmatic structure we can all follow the Platinum Rule: “Do unto others as they would like to be done unto”. A friend of mine coined that phrase and I love it. Treat people the way they want to be treated not just the way I want to be treated. Love may be a one-size fits all emotion but the way we deliver it and show it should always be unique to the person.

Positive Thought of the Week:
I focus on what I am putting into my life and my relationships. I am focused and connected with the people in my life. Everyone in my life is unique. As I think about each person I can relate to him or her on a more intimate level. I will take the time to decide how I can best connect with the people who are such a big part of my life. People are individuals and I will treat them individually. Business

Thought of the Week:
As I praise my people for all their hard work this year, I will remember that I need to be very specific and public about the praise. People need to know that I know what they do and why it’s important to our success. I am only as successful as my people.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday season. I have a busy January but will be home for the next couple of weeks and plan to lay low and enjoy my family and I encourage all of you to do the same.
